Dues Increase Notice

SkillsUSA Advisors, The SkillsUSA Oregon Board of Advisors recently passed a resolution to increase the State Membership Dues by $2 to increase the revenue stream to help cover the increased costs of operating our Association. This would make the State Dues $6 starting next school year 2010-11. Our constitution requires that any change to the Membership Dues must be passed by the House of Delegates at the Spring Conference before it can be instituted in the following year. I know it’s a hard time to be increasing your cost, but our costs are increasing also and you are our only reliable income source to cover our operations costs. Thank You.
